1. Transparency statement

CrewBitz uses artificial intelligence systems to deliver its services. Ployer are AI agents that operate with varying levels of autonomy, always under human supervision.

This statement is made pursuant to European AI Act (AI Act) and is intended to provide clear and transparent information about the use of AI within the platform.

2. AI Act Classification

CrewBitz Ployer are classified according to the risk categories set out in European AI Act:

No client data is used to train the AI models. Data is processed exclusively to deliver the requested service.

7. Data and privacy

For complete information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Each client's data is isolated through a multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation between customers: no data from Client A is accessible to Client B. Isolation is guaranteed at both the database and application levels.

8. Non-Discrimination (HR Ployer)

The HR Manager Ployer is designed to ensure compliance with non-discrimination principles:

  • CV screening does not discriminate based on age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or pregnancy
  • Evaluation is based exclusively on skills and professional experience relevant to the role
  • Every decision is reviewed by a human supervisor before becoming effective

The HR Ployer is classified as a high-risk AI system under the AI Act (classified as high-risk by European regulations). Enhanced supervision, audit, and non-discrimination measures are in place.

9. Right to Explanation

The client has the right to understand the decisions made by Ployer:

  • You can ask why a Ployer made a particular decision or suggested a specific action
  • Every action is recorded in an audit trail that includes the rationale for the decision
  • To request explanations: [email protected]

10. Right to Human Interaction

At any time, the user or client may request to interact with a human operator instead of a Ployer.

The Ployer will never refuse a request to be transferred to a human operator. The option for human interaction is always available and cannot be disabled.
